This hotel in Epsom offers excellent value for money. The modern and bright foyer creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities. The staff, especially Megan, are friendly and helpful.

One minor issue was the lack of coat hangers and drawers in the room.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was ideal, situated right in the centre of town. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Thirdly, the rooms were clean, bright, and equipped with air conditioning, which was a huge plus considering the hot weather. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

All was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Difficult to find, we spent 45 minutes driving around the one-way system. The breakfast was slow to be replenished and the cooked items were sparse.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of Epsom. Within a two-minute walk, there are plenty of shops and a great selection of restaurants adjacent to the Town Hall. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were modern, clean, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The breakfast service could have been improved. One reviewer mentioned that there were not enough staff in the kitchen, resulting in delays and queues during breakfast time.

The breakfast was a major disappointment, with overcooked and dried, out food. Slow and fiddly free Wi, Fi, which was not reliable.
